ich freue mich, dass Adrian nach ein paar Jahren mal wieder mit einem schönen Thema nach Prien kommt. Hier die Ankündigung:

*Dancing on the Edge- Contact Improvisation am 22.-24. März 2024 mit Adrian Russi in Prien am Chiemsee/ DE*
In «Dancing on the Edge» geht es um das lustvolle Ausloten von Grenzen und Möglichkeiten im eigenen und im gemeinsamen Tanz.
Sowohl auf der Ebene der Bewegungstechnik als auch der Improvisation und Begegnung sollen neue Felder erforscht und Spielräume erweitert werden.
Wir explorieren auf dem Grat zwischen Hingabe und Kontrolle, spielen mit dem Gleichgewicht und erfahren, wie ungemein belebend es sein kann, wenn uns die Schwerkraft bewegt und wir selber in den Navigier-Modus wechseln können. Aus vertieftem Hinhören und dem intelligenten Umgang mit dem eigenen Gewicht entsteht eine äusserst präzise Bewegungsqualität, die ihrerseits erlaubt, genussvoll in Lifts zu fliessen, angstfrei von fremden Schultern oder Becken runterzugleiten oder auch einfach den Balancepunkt in luftiger Höhe zu geniessen - im Nicht-Wissen-Müssen, wann und wo und wie die gemeinsame Bewegung weitergeht.
Diese Prinzipien können bereits im Solo intensiv geübt werden - z.B. über den Small Dance, das Fallen aus sicheren Höhen oder über den Rebound, der uns die Energie für die Bewegung nach oben gibt. Im Tanz mit unseren PartnerInnen potenzieren sich diese Qualitäten, indem lebendige, bewegte, und spürende Körper zueinander finden und den gemeinsamen Tanz ins Unbekannte wagen.
Neben dem lustvollen Forschen und Lernen werden wir auch ausgiebig Zeit mit freiem, authentischem Tanzen in unterschiedlichsten Konstellationen und mit nährender Körperarbeit verbringen.
Für TeilnehmerInnen mit Erfahrung in CI und der Neugierde, sich der Schwerkraft, dem Schwung und dem gemeinsamen Tanz hinzugeben und ihn gleichzeitig mitzugestalten.
Versicherung ist Sache der TeilnehmerInnen.
Zeiten: Freitag 11.00-18.00, Samstag 10.00-17.30, Sonntag 10.00 - 16.30

“Dancing on the Edge" is about the joyful sounding out of limits and possibilities in one's own and shared dance. On the level of movement technique as well as improvisation and encounter, new fields are to be discovered and the scope of play expanded.
We explore the threshold between surrender and control, play with balance and experience how incredibly stimulating it can be when we are moved by gravity and go into navigation mode at the same time. Deep listening and the intelligent handling of our own weight results in an extremely precise quality of movement, which in turn allows us to flow with pleasure in lifts, to glide down from other people's shoulders or pelvis without fear, or simply to enjoy the balance point at an airy height - without knowing when, where and how the shared movement will continue.
All these principles can already be practiced intensively in solo - e.g. via small dance, falling from safe heights or via rebound, which gives us the energy for the upward movement. In the dances with our partners these qualities are potentiated, as living, moving and feeling bodies find each other and dare to dance together into the unknown.
Besides the joyful research and learning, we will also spend a lot of time with free, authentic dancing in different constellations and with nourishing bodywork.
For participants with experience in CI and the curiosity to surrender to gravity, momentum and dancing together and at the same time to help shape it.
Participants are responsible for their own insurance & liability.
Times: Friday 11 am-6 pm, Saturday 10 am-5.30 pm, Sunday, 10 am–4.30 pm

Fee: €230-270 (depending on financial possibility) when applying until 22.01.23; thereafter €250-290 If you struggle to pay the fee, contact us, we will have a few spaces on a lower fee.
